Darwin’s name on Portland’s Central Library building

On the outside of the building of Multnomah County Library’s downtown Portland branch (Central Library) are scores of names. I haven’t really had the chance to look at them all, but while on the light rail heading home from the zoo yesterday, I noticed this section of scientists, Darwin included:
